Uniquely For You
Two to Tango |
| On
this Tour, you will see one of the best
tango performances in Buenos Aires. The
Tango is considered one of the world's
most breath taking dances. The elegant
presentation began in the poor
neighborhoods along the outskirts of
Buenos Aires. As young men and women
translated their emotions into dance,
they created one of the world's most
seductive art forms. Their efforts were
not accepted or embraced by mainstream
society. Eventually the dance made it's
way to Paris, where it was refined and
glamorized. Evening shows and tuxedos
were added, as were full peace
orchestras. The Parisian version became
all the rage in Europe, the U.S., and
ironically, Buenos Aires. Today the
tango remains as popular as ever in
Argentina, offering a tempting blend of
style and spice. |
