Enjoy a finger-snapping, toe-tapping time in this Music
Cities Tour of Memphis, Branson and Nashville where
you'll revel in the sounds of jazz, blues, country, and
good old rock and roll. Spend two nights in Memphis,
"birthplace of the blues," and tour Graceland, the
palatial estate of Elvis Presley. Enjoy dinner and blues
along the famed Beale Street. Then it's off to the
entertainment capital of the Midwest, Branson, Missouri,
where you'll have three nights to get acquainted with
all this area has to offer. There will be plenty of
entertainment including an electrifying performance by
world-class violinist Shoji Tabuchi, and ample free time
to attend an optional show of your choosing. You also
have the option of a dinner cruise aboard an 1890s
paddlewheel riverboat, an exploration of the Ozark
Mountains or a tour of Silver Dollar City, a charming
re-creation of an 1890s mining town. Finally, you'll end
your musical adventure in the "Music Capital of the
World," Nashville, Tennessee. Highlights include your
stay in the legendary Gaylord Opryland Hotel, reserved
seats at the Grand Ole Opry, and a tour of the historic
RCA Studio B, where so many artists recorded hit songs.

Day
1: Memphis, Tennessee - Tour Begins
Enjoy the melodic sounds of Blues, Country, Rock and Roll music,
along with an awesome array of spectacular shows, on this Music
Cities tour to Tennessee and Missouri. Your tour begins in
Memphis, otherwise known as the "Birthplace of the Blues." Meet
your fellow travelers at a welcome dinner. (D)
Day 2: Memphis
Don your blue suede shoes for your visit to Graceland, the
palatial home of Elvis Presley. Enter Elvis' 14-acre estate to
visit his home, original business office, trophy building and
the Meditation Garden, where Elvis and members of his family
have been laid to rest. Later, trace Dr. Martin Luther King's
last steps prior to his assassination, viewing the Mason Temple
and Church of God in Christ, where he gave his famous "I have
been to the Mountain Top" speech. Top the day off with a
memorable stop at the Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum featuring the
Smithsonian Institution's Rock 'n' Soul: Social Crossroads

Day 3: Memphis - Branson, Missouri
Today you are off to the fun-loving town of Branson. This
evening you will be treated to a fun-loving show, "Broadway", at
the Branson Variety Theatre. (B, D)
Day 4: Branson
There is no better way to start your day than with the fantastic
entertainment of the Doug Gabriel Show. Later, you are treated
to a performance by one of Branson's most popular performers,
Shoji Tabuchi. Enjoy an electrifying production that includes
everything from country to classic, showcased in a theatre that
is a phenomenon in itself. It's a show that no visitor to
Branson should miss. Tonight you may partake in an optional
dinner cruise aboard the 1890's paddlewheel riverboat, the
Showboat Branson Belle...you are sure to enjoy this elegant
meal, spectacular show and the lovely scenery along Table Rock
Lake. (B)
Day 5: Branson
Enjoy a full day of leisure in Branson. Your tour manager is on
hand to recommend various attractions, shows and sightseeing
opportunities. Perhaps you would like to partake in an optional
tour to Silver Dollar City, a charming re-creation of an 1890's
mining town where you are sure to enjoy the shows, exciting
rides, authentic crafts and delicious food amidst the splendor
of the Ozarks. Tonight you will be treated to the energetic
Hughes Brothers Show. (B, D)
Day 6: Branson - Nashville, Tennessee
Travel to the "Music Capital of the World," Nashville, for what
promises to be a highlight of your trip. You have reserved seats
at the "Grand Ole Opry," the ultimate in the world of country
music. Your accommodations for the next two evenings will be at
the world-famous Gaylord Opryland Hotel. (B)
Day 7: Nashville
A special treat is in store for you today. Tour the historic RCA
Studio B, where Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, Charlie Pride and
many more artists recorded their hit songs. You never know…you
may have the opportunity to record your own hit. Next, you will
tour the Country Music Hall of Fame. This afternoon enjoy a
sightseeing tour of Nashville hosted by a local guide. Visit the
Old Ryman Auditorium, the Parthenon, the State Capitol and Music
Row. Tonight a special dinner is in store for you at the famous
Wildhorse Saloon. (B, D)
Day 8: Nashville - Tour Ends
The sights and sounds of Memphis, Branson and Nashville are sure
to stay with you for a lifetime.

like a star for a day! You will when you
step back in time and tour historic RCA
Studio B where artists like Elvis
Presley, Dolly Parton, Charlie Pride and
many others recorded their famous songs
beginning in 1985. Smash hit's like
Presley's "Are You Lonesome Tonight" and
" Its Now or Never" came from Studio B
sessions. Studio B's fame rest not only
on the many hits recorded there, but
also on its role creating what came to
be known as the Nashville Sound.
Producers and engineers, experimenting
with a smooth, pop-oriented style aimed
at adult audiences, proved tremendously
successful in boosting country record
sales and radio airplay. Today Studio B
is under the auspices of the New Country
Music Hall of Fame where it has entered
a new phase of its history as a learning
